Returns

At Coco Classy, we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship of each and every item. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If you notice any damage when you receive your package, notify us right away; please send pictures of broken items and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS?

The customer support will contact you to provide the address to which the product should be returned. The product must be sent through a postal system that allows tracking, tracking number must be provided to customer support to follow up. Once customer support has received the item, we'll be able to make the a refund or delivery of a new product.

WHO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

We currently do not offer free return labels, which means that the customer will pay the return costs.

If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please email us at support@coco-classy.com and we will happy to help you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Hygienic articles
  • Items that are in sale 
  • Customized items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

We ship almost everywhere around the world, and If you can select your country in the shipping address confirmation during checkout, it means that we can deliver to your place.

Production times for all products are 1-2 working days. This includes printing, packaging, and shipping. 

1. Standard shipping:

Delivery time to USA and Canada: 7 to 14 working days

Delivery time to Australia: 10 to 15 working days.

Delivery time to UK: 7 to 12 working days.

Delivery time to Europe: 9 to 15 working days.

Delivery time to other countries: 10 to 18 working days.

Delivery time for custom works: additional 3-6 working days.

Additional Note: Due to the pandemic, please add an additional delivery time to the delivery times listed above of approx. 3-7 working days.

2. Express shipping:

If you want your package faster, we offer express delivery with a faster delivery time. Express Shipping is faster than standard shipping and is prioritized.

Additional Note: Due to the pandemic, there may be delays due to the shipping courier and your customs.



Please note that these are working days and not calendar days.

We ship worldwide free of charge from an order value of 70 US dollars. For orders under $70, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged.

2. Express shipping:

If you want your package faster, we offer express delivery with a faster delivery time. Express Shipping is faster than standard shipping and is prioritized. The extra cost for express shipping is $19.99.

We are very sorry!
We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes addresses.

Due to Covis-19, there are currently very few delays. (approx. 3-7 working days*)

We work with major logistics companies like USPS, DHL, UPS, Canada Post, Australia Post and a few others to ship our products.

* However, this can change at any time and depends on the regulations of the countries, customs and the general Covid-19 situation. We will keep you updated.

Sure, we offer custom work. This is associated with additional costs.
Please note: Custom works cannot be exchanged or returned.

It might look slightly different as it does on your computer screen and that is because every computer and screen can be calibrated differently. Rest assured! We use advanced digital printing technology to produce our prints, so we can deliver high definition, vibrant images with a crisp modern look.

Coco Classy cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the actual color of the product you will receive.

Please note: Our posters do not come with their frames so you must buy the frame separately.

We are probably just restocking. Contact us to find out or to ask to be notified when we get the stock back in.

Returns & Exchanges

This is not a problem as long as the order has not yet been processed.

We often submit items for shipment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!

Orders

Right after you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder either, you have most likely made a typo in your email. Please contact our support. support@coco-classy.com

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly.
Get in touch with us at support@coco-classy.com to see if we have received an order in your name.

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us asap with your name and order number. So we can try to catch your package before it departs. 

Changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Payments

Coco Classy accepts most payment Methods.
We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and ApplePay as payment methods. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account. 

The process may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.

We always try to send our products in such a way that the customer does not have to pay any customs duties. In 99% of the cases there are no customs duties.

But please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense

How to change your currency:

On mobile:

- Click on the menu button (top left) and at the bottom of the menu you can choose your currency. It is set to USD by default.

On desktop:

Directly to the left of the shopping cart symbol (the shopping cart is in the top right corner of the website) you can change your currency.

We thrive for quality and durability. All of our posters are fine art printed with ultra-premium inks on finest quality materials to ensure your artwork is perfect. We use high quality and eco-friendly art paper and tear resistant cotton canvas with a smooth finish.
